With over 25 years of Sales, Marketing, Operations and eCommerce experience, Denice Hasty is an industry veteran with proven success in the achievement of industry-leading performance.


Denice Hasty most recently served as the Senior Vice President of Business Marketing and Customer Experience for Comcast’s ~$8B Business Services Group, Comcast's fastest growing business unit. As CMO of the cable company’s growth driver, she was responsible for brand strategy & execution, advertising and marketing communications, pricing/packaging and market strategy and execution ROI across Comcast’s national service footprint. Under her leadership, Comcast Business continued to fuel double-digit top line revenue and cash flow growth each year.


Until September of 2014, Denice was SVP of Xfinity Marketing for Comcast’s Residential Cable business. In this role, Denice was responsible for developing market and customer strategies to sustain and grow Comcast’s $50 billion residential business. She and her team focused on achieving net add subscriber goals for Xfinity video, data, voice and home security. Functional responsibilities included acquisition and retention marketing, direct response, packaging & pricing, and subscriber forecasting and reporting. During her leadership tenure, Comcast added over 1.2 million net new internet subscribers annually.


Denice joined Comcast in 2012 to lead the National Consumer Sales organization as SVP, Sales. In this role, she was responsible for sales strategy and operational effectiveness across Comcast’s distribution channels of 7,000+ sellers. Under her leadership, Xfinity continued improved subscriber growth, sales productivity and increased market share through multiple channels, including direct sales, inbound Sales and outbound telemarketing.


Prior to joining Comcast, Denice served as CenturyLink’s Vice President of Consumer and Small Business Marketing. In that role, Ms. Hasty was responsible for delivering the $9 billion Consumer and Small Business unit and revenue plan across the company’s six geographical regions. She was also responsible for marketing and sales strategy as well as budget development and business performance reporting. Hasty was previously the Vice President of IPTV Marketing at CenturyLink where she was responsible for P & L management, strategy and launch of CenturyLink’s Prism product.


Ms. Hasty has a proven track record of successfully leading teams through mergers impacting market size, strategy and operations. During her 10 years at AT&T, she helped improved business performance while achieving integration and synergy objectives through six corporate mergers (Sterling Commerce, SBC, Prodigy, AT&T, BellSouth and Cingular). In her two years at CenturyLink, she helped lead the Sales & Marketing organization through the combination of CenturyTel and Embarq and CenturyLink and Qwest. During her time at Comcast, she has successfully help lead the integration of several smaller companies that added product or talent capabilities to the organization.


Her strengths include strategic thinking, ability to collaborate broadly in the application of key value drivers of higher business performance. She has experience managing teams of 500+ with marketing expense budgets surpassing $2B million.


Ms. Hasty has received several industry awards, including CableFax’s Most Powerful Women in Cable for 4 consecutive years. She is a Beta Gamma Sigma Honors graduate of Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas and has completed two Executive Education programs at Stanford School of Business. She feeds her love for Public Education and the Arts through former service on the Advisory Board for The Philadelphia Museum of Art, the Cultural Alliance of Philadelphia and is also a former Board Member for the Fund for the School District of Philadelphia. In late 2019, she accepted a Board position with iTel, the fastest growing network service provider in Canada. She is an Alumni of Leadership Philadelphia and resides in Arizona with her husband, Gary, and their two dogs, after successfully raising a family of 6 daughters and sons.
